Immediate opening: we are hiring a crane operator in Bibb County, Alabama. On a typical shift you will keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; work out the load weight and the lifting radius; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • A good head for heights for tower crane work We offer $3,200 per month plus benefits.
