Now hiring: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Kiowa County, Kansas. You should have: • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line On the job you will handle: • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality Rotating shifts.
