Requirements: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff On the job you will handle: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
