Join our team: we are hiring a dogger in Hall County, Texas. The role involves inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear. Ideal candidate: • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
