Visual inspection operator — Swisher County

Now hiring: we are hiring a visual inspection operator in Swisher County, Texas. You should have: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems Day-to-day duties: • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
