CNC programmer-operator • Williamson County, Texas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a CNC programmer-operator in Williamson County, Texas. Day-to-day duties: • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter What we are looking for: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
