You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens On a typical shift you will inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow.
