TIG welder wanted in Benton County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a TIG welder in Benton County, Minnesota. The role involves back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
