Requirements: • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites On a typical shift you will assemble column and beam cages on the bench; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
