Steam press operator — Cheyenne County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a steam press operator in Cheyenne County, Colorado. The job is at a textile finishing unit. You will set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; give each garment a final press before packing; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press. Requirements: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
