Immediate opening: milling machine operator (Oklahoma)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a milling machine operator in Logan County, Oklahoma. You will be based at a fabrication and machining plant. Day to day you will read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing. What we are looking for: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron Full-time, day shift.
