Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in Otter Tail County, Minnesota. On the job you will handle: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Season and marinate meat on request • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Six days a week, one day off.
