Lift erector — Lumpkin County

Join our team: we are hiring a lift erector in Lumpkin County, Georgia. You will be based in a machine room on the rooftop. Day-to-day duties: • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts You should have: • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
