Ideal candidate: • Valid digital tachograph card • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules On a typical shift you will couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock; secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars; plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules; check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits; log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards.
