Join our team: we are hiring a foundry worker in Saint Joseph County, Michigan. You will be based at a busy iron foundry. The role involves make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles. Requirements: • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
