Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Your main tasks: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain 6+ years on the tools preferred.
