Urgent requirement: we are hiring a halal butcher in Geneva County, Alabama. On a typical shift you will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Full-time, day shift.
