Great opportunity: press machine operator (Iowa)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a press machine operator in Delaware County, Iowa. You will work in a sheet metal stamping unit. The role involves: • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components What we are looking for: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
