Now hiring: we are hiring a gang bricklayer in Scott County, Iowa. Your main tasks: • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints Requirements: • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
