Ideal candidate: • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio Your main tasks: • Hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour Rotating shifts.
