VMC operator — Tippah County

Join our team: we are hiring a VMC operator in Tippah County, Mississippi. The job is in a die and mould making unit. Requirements: • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift On the job you will handle: • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery 5+ years on the tools preferred.
