Now hiring: we are hiring a pressman in McCracken County, Kentucky. Your main tasks: • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents Ideal candidate: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets Full-time with occasional weekends.
