We are recruiting: we are hiring a head baker in Brooks County, Texas. You will work at a busy bakery. Day-to-day duties: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience.
