Bread and bun maker — Richland County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Richland County, Montana. You will be based at a cake shop. What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Basic cake decorating and piping skills On the job you will handle: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Score the top of loaves before baking • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience.
