Cnc lathe operator — Harris County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Harris County, Georgia. The job is in a job-work machining unit. The role involves check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes. You should have: • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm 2+ years on the tools preferred.
