Pastry baker — Lawrence County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pastry baker in Lawrence County, Mississippi. You will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; score the top of loaves before baking; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate 5+ years on the tools preferred.
