Immediate opening: we are hiring an assembly operator in Martin County, Texas. The role involves fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor; top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low; solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line. Ideal candidate: • Punctual with reliable attendance • Can read work instructions and basic measurements • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts 5+ years on the tools preferred.
