Urgent requirement: cnc setter-operator (Michigan)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Ogemaw County, Michigan. Day to day you will adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; load and index turning tools in the turret. What we are looking for: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
