Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coater in Harding County, New Mexico. You will be based in a busy paint shop. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens The role involves check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
