We are recruiting: we are hiring a JCB operator in Jerauld County, South Dakota. The job is on a busy construction site. Requirements: • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures You will load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines.
