Formwork erector • Culpeper County, Virginia

Great opportunity: we are hiring a formwork erector in Culpeper County, Virginia. The role involves: • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line You should have: • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork 6+ years on the tools preferred.
