Vacancy available: we are hiring a banquet server in Sefton, England. Day to day you will take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager. Requirements: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner 1+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
