Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread baker in Kanabec County, Minnesota. You will work at a cake shop. On a typical shift you will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens 2+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
