Groundsman — Guadalupe County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a groundsman in Guadalupe County, New Mexico. The job is in a public park. Your main tasks: • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds • Rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds Requirements: • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • Valid driving licence for travel between sites • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers Full-time, day shift.
