Requirements: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching Day-to-day duties: • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
