Bread and bun maker — Montour County

Now hiring: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Montour County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Day-to-day duties: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $4,600 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
