Insulation worker wanted in Floyd County

Join our team: we are hiring an insulation worker in Floyd County, Virginia. You will be based on flat roofs and terraces. You should have: • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel The role involves: • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
