Concrete worker — Osceola County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a concrete worker in Osceola County, Michigan. You will work on a building construction site. You should have: • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers Day-to-day duties: • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule Part-time with flexible hours.
