Now hiring: we are hiring a lathe operator in Grayson County, Virginia. The job is on a production line. On the job you will handle: • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills 2+ years on the tools preferred.
