Great opportunity: we are hiring a machine operator (earthworks) in Olmsted County, Minnesota. On a typical shift you will excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs; clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds; inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up; work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers. You should have: • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence We offer $7,000 per project plus benefits.
