Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Patani, Delta State. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. Your main tasks: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Rotating shifts.
