Elevator repair technician — Clay County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an elevator repair technician in Clay County, Kansas. You will be based on a high-rise construction site. You will replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; run load and overload tests with test weights. You should have: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance 5+ years on the tools preferred. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
