Scaffolder — Madison County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a scaffolder in Madison County, Ohio. You will be based on a bridge maintenance job. Your main tasks: • Set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground • Read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class • Hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner You should have: • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns • Physically fit for repeated heavy lifting of tubes and boards • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold Part-time with flexible hours.
