Now hiring: we are hiring a roofing foreman in Madison County, Arkansas. You will be based at a busy roofing firm. The role involves: • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights You should have: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
