Visual inspection operator — Washington County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a visual inspection operator in Washington County, Maine. The role involves calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting. Requirements: • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
