We are recruiting: bread baker (Ebonyi State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread baker in Ohaozara, Ebonyi State. On the job you will handle: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
