Kitchen porter — Monona County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Monona County, Iowa. Day-to-day duties: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Full-time with occasional weekends.
