Great opportunity: we are hiring a milling machine operator in Nowata County, Oklahoma. The job is in a toolroom. Requirements: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience Day-to-day duties: • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors We offer $3,100 per month plus benefits.
