Now hiring: we are hiring an air conditioning service engineer in Hooker County, Nebraska. The job is at an HVAC contractor's workshop. Ideal candidate: • ITI in refrigeration and air conditioning an advantage • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds Day-to-day duties: • Fault-find on PCBs, sensors and compressors with a multimeter • Commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow • Cut, flare and bend copper pipe for the liquid and suction lines • Recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit • Clean filters, blower wheels and condenser coils during servicing 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
