Immediate opening: press operator (Missouri)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a press operator in Clay County, Missouri. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes Your main tasks: • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $6,250 per project, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
